This license agreement ("Agreement") is between you, the end user ("You") and the GoTo Servers company ("GoToServers"). 1. License Grants (a) You may use the binary code of GSVNCJ software ("Software") on one site including unlimited pages or sub domains. (b) Your license rights under this Agreement are non-exclusive and non-transferable. 2. Restrictions (a) You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software itself as a standalone product. (b) You may not distribute the Software to any third parties. 3. Disclaimer of Warranty THIS SOFTWARE PROVIDES 1 YEAR FREE EMAIL SUPPORT AND LIFETIME FREE UPGRADING. GoToServers.com and VNCJ.com are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on this software. 4.
